“My son introduced the song to me. What struck me is that it has these Italian-sounding intervals – something that feels very close to my heart”, explains Barbara, who’s lived in Italy during a part of her life. “Life has not always been easy for me, but music has always remained one of my main healing forces… It’s the best way to process pain and turn it into beauty.”

Produced by Daniel Strang and Marco Luponero – Barbara’s son, who also fronts the rock act ‪Luponero and runs Stormbound Records – the single captures a lifetime of experience in every note. It was mastered by Grammy-nominated engineer Henkka Niemistö, known for his work with global top artists.
